Annabelle Antas Photography

Annabelle Antas is a Fine Art Photographer by training and takes documentary style photographs with a Fine Art and creative approach on your wedding day.

Annabelles' style is authentic, relaxed, unique and personal to you as a couple. She captures your day in a natural and unobtrusive way. Not just the key event but the small details and little things that made you feel the exact way you felt on the day. Annabelle is interested in capturing natural and real personalities of who you are and those loved ones around you.

Having worked as a professional photographer in music and editorial jobs she is no stranger to capturing the spirit of an event, always able to look for and to predict the important moments before they unfold is often half the job. Annabelle grasps the challenge professionally and works with speed and tact to blend into her surroundings discreetly as if she were a member of the family or an old friend. Often becoming the latter.

Annabelle finds herself now on another journey, living and working in Finland with her small family. She's been to every Love Me Do wedding fair so far, the first LMD was her first Finnish wedding fair, launching Annabelle Antas Photography in Finland. After a busy year of working here and in the UK, it's time for Love Me Do again! Do be sure to pop in and say hello, take advantage of offers she will hand out for those select few first Love Me Do clients.

Who are you and what do you do? Where are you located/where do you work?
I am an artist and creative photographer based out of Finland working also in the UK and Europe.

How would you describe your signature style?
I shoot in a natural, non invasive style mostly using daylight. Above all my aim is to connect with who I photograph, show their personality and create beautiful Fine Art images.

My style is romantic, intimate and fun. I am inspired by small daily events, peoples life stories, nature, families, old photos, my kids amongst many other things. My preferred style is to be an observer and shoot from the very beginning of the day to well after the first dance to document everything that happens on your day as it happens and not miss a thing! I do not shout, or direct your day but join in the environment of your celebration as a guest or a friend would and often comes away being the latter.

What makes your designs special?
I am passionate about people above all and connecting with them and this is at the core of what I do. This makes my images relaxed and fun and allows for honest and intimate moments to be captured. This desire to capture the true you and celebrate your love.

How did your business come about?
I studied Fine Art and then Photography at BA/MA level and have been working both commercially alongside doing my art projects for years. I started shooting weddings after I got married myself over 5 years ago and realised how important it is to have these moments captured within a set of images that tell a unique story.

You can see my work on or my editorial-commercial work or come along to LOVEMEDO!
